I can't believe it is February 1st and I was in flip flops today! It was 70 degrees! I want some snow so badly!!!
I did really well with my food again.
I had an apple for breakfast, coffee and then for lunch a salad with some cheese & roast beef in it, then I had a cheeseburger on a plate. I also had a 2nd apple late in the day too!
I didn't have a lot of food today!
Tonight I am going to cut my post short! I have a migraine and my heart hurts!
